Hi there, may I ask where you got these plants from? The first looks to me like a wild-collected plant. And it looks "quite peruvian" to me, too. But don't ask me to quantify what "peruvian" means, it's just a feeling. ;-) Anyway, I have imported, young plants of T. spiraliflora...

I would help you anyway if I knew Vriesea very well. But here in Thailand Tillandsia is best one and very famous. Vriesea is still not famous. Because it has a big shape and not looking as excotic as Tillandsia. I also having problem with my Vriesea too. Lots of them got unknown named. http://www.ge...

Hi room, I wondered how my T.harrisii becomes to a Zebra strip like this. And leaves are more harder, not soft and not much Trichome like the original one. Here the pictures.
