Deuterocohnia : Size doesn't matter

Comparing two close relative species of Deuterocohnia which have bloomed in my collection for week,
one would be wondered why the former Abromeitiella's members were lumped
into Deuterocohnia
Deuterocohnia lotteae without scape.
Deuterocohnia brevispicata with very long scape.
I found an interesting feature, this species is viviparous, producing small plants on peduncle.
Anyways, size doesn't matter, they are close relative species, aren't they
