Hi to all,

I have this Puya in cultivation outdoor since some years. This year it flowered for the first time.
I obtained this plant from ISI the data were:

<<ISI 94-41 Puya sp. Another still unidentified Puya distributed earlier (ISI 1680). Even in flower it becomes no more than 18" high. HBG 53024, plants from seed collected May 3, 1984, by M. Kimnach (2648) et al. at 12,500', 6.5 km before turn off to Independencia on road from Oruro to Cochabamba, Bolivia.>>

Perhaps it is possible now to give a name to this Puya.

Hello Gérard

I am sorry, but even tough I do have quite a few Puyas in our collection,
there is nobody around to identify them.
Maybe you can try to contact Pierre Ibisch, he is the only expert on that, which I know.

Regards, Timm
