It is not possible without blooms, but it looks like a Neoregelia.

That should be Aechmea'Fascini' , a hybrid of A.chantinii x A. fasciata
I would like to meet new friends in other part of the world and would be glad to trade plants or seed from this part of the world.

Hi,
From the picture, it looks like Aechmea 'Maya'. The influorecence is pink color, like Aechmea fasciata.
