Hi all, Among 'Zebra' pattern bromeliads, I have this guy in my collection for years.
It's Neoglaziovia variegata. The plant can be grown under bright light and could withstand drought for a long period.

Hi Vitaly, mine never flower yet, but I find some pic that I make a link for your observation here.
The plant grow very well and have a number of pups.
I think nearly soon my plant will flower, as they become a mature size,
and could set some seed for you too.

There should be a certain quantity of leaves
that the plant has reached an adult condition
and has blossomed?

@bomelia boy (is there an "r" missing in the name ?)

Keep in mind that Neoglaziovia produces intensive root-runners so
it is best to keep it in large pots, or even better in a ground-bed.
If the space around the roots is too dense, it does not grow at all.
Use sandy-mineralic cacti-soil.

My plant flowers every 3-5 years, infact it did this summer but I did not get
to take pics of it.

Greetings Timm
