Welcome to our Forum !!
Unfortunately it is impossible to tell you a name when the plant is not
flowering. It could be even a Hechtia, these to genera are hard to
keep apart without flowers.
Just be patient and wait.
Do you know where the plant is originally from ?

Have you check the genus and spiecie by this database website "FCBS" yet ?
See the tab menu and the left and look for Hechtia and Dyckia or Encholirium (or any xeric Bromeliad you know).
