Orthophytum meets Opuntia

Orthophytum meets Opuntia on my balcony
Orthophytum magalhaesii is one of my definite favorites of the genus. It's beauty lies in its snow-white, thickly scaled leaves rather than the unspectacular flower, which cannot rival the huge pink flowers of Opuntia basilaris. Also on the picture is a yellow flowering Opuntia azurea in the back, as well as a pink flowering, tiny Escobaria minima.
Cheers,
Joachim
